We smoke fresh to order — not mass produced, not sitting in a freezer. That means we need a little lead time to prep it right:

Order Lead Times:

  • Party Wing Trays: Order at least 2 days in advance

  • Smoked Turkey Breast (9–11 lbs): Order at least 3 days in advance

  • Whole Smoked Turkeys: Order at least 5 days in advance

Want it fresh? Order early. We fill up fast.

Pickup Windows:

Pickup is available in Collinsville, IL:

  • Saturday & Sunday: Afternoon (1p - 4p) or Evening (5p - 8p)

  • Monday–Friday: Evenings only (5p - 8p)

We’ll confirm your desired pickup day/time via text or email after you order.
